Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our team in managing clinical trials for mental health conditions.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in planning, conducting and managing clinical research, including trials. They will be responsible for overseeing trial procedures, participant recruitment and data collection, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and project timelines.

The role involves coordinating stakeholder communication, liaising with neurologists, psychologists and nurse coordinators to facilitate the successful completion of clinical activities and project deliverables.

  • Developing and implementing clinical trial protocols, treatment manuals and ethics applications.
  • Managing clinical trial operations, including participant recruitment, data collection and analysis.
  • Coordinating stakeholder communication, including neurologists, psychologists and nurse coordinators.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A PhD in Psychology (Clinical Psychology preferred) and a Master of Clinical Psychology.
  • Extensive experience in planning, conducting and managing clinical research, including trials.
  • Strong leadership skills to oversee psychologists providing clinical assessments and interventions.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
