Clinical Trial Assistant Role

This is a dynamic position within a collaborative trials group focused on investigator-initiated melanoma and skin cancer research. The team works with leading researchers and institutions locally and globally to develop, conduct, and publish research and clinical trials that improve outcomes for patients affected by melanoma and skin cancer.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide operational support to all team members for studies in the clinical trial portfolio. This includes ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork in the clinical trial setting as well as contributing to the broader aims of the organization. The role requires excellent communication skills to manage relationships with team members and stakeholders both within and outside the organization.

Requirements
  • A relevant undergraduate degree in health sciences or a related field.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail, highly developed organizational skills and ability to work to multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with sound negotiating and conflict resolution skills and a demonstrated level of tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.
