As a key player in our Government, Corporate, and Sporting partner portfolio strategy, you will lead our team to drive sustainable growth and market share.

  • You will play a pivotal role in strengthening strategic partnerships, influencing cross-functional outcomes, and guiding a high-performing national team to create value for both parties
  • Lead our Government, Corporate, and Sporting partner portfolio strategy to drive sustainable growth and market share.
  • Shape and execute go-to-market activities, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and delivery across the indirect corporate segment.
  • Build and maintain high-value partnerships, leading complex negotiations and executive-level engagement to maximise long-term value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimise partner outcomes and member experiences.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insights to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide clear, inspiring leadership to a geographically dispersed team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in portfolio performance, ensuring efficiency, strong governance, and alignment with our strategy.
Key Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales leadership and B2B business development.
  • Ability to develop detailed business plans that deliver positive ROI.
  • Resilience, with the ability to challenge and influence while maintaining a focus on sustainable business growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and proven ability to engage at senior executive levels within corporate partners.
  • An extensive network of corporate and travel industry contacts, with the ability to build and strengthen relationships at an executive level.
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and acquisition tender processes for new business.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian corporate travel (B2B) market.
