Executive and Employee Communications Leader

The role of the Executive and Employee Communications Leader is to serve as a strategic voice for the organization, enhancing its brand internally and externally through effective communications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive executive and employee communications strategies that incorporate various message platforms, storytelling techniques, event execution, speaker image development, and personal growth initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executives, content owners, business stakeholders, and event production teams.
  • Support the Managing Director in communicating with the people leader community and collaborating on major change and transformation projects.
  • Compose scripted speeches, blogs, internal communications, and other content on behalf of the Managing Director and senior leadership team members.
  • Design and create presentations and video content aligned with overall communications objectives.
  • Manage and develop the Managing Director's social media presence.
  • Analyze audience trends, industry developments, and financial data to inform communications decisions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in communications roles.
  • A strong mix of social media, marketing, PR, and communications skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
