About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Communications Professional to lead the development of engagement strategies, utilize data and analytics to strategically position the team within the organization, and drive brand strategy development for key initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and driving engagement strategies within a large organization, leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic positioning, articulating complex concepts through effective communication, and driving alignment with broader organizational goals and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive engagement strategies to create strong partnerships between business units.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic positioning of the team within the organization.
  • Articulate the intent and outcomes of work through an employee and customer lens.
  • Drive the development of brand strategy for key initiatives, ensuring consistent understanding and awareness.
  • Interface with corporate affairs and other key divisions to drive internal communication activities and alignment.
