Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all areas of the venue to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Ensure employees are allocated to correct areas on shift and labour is well controlled and managed
  • Lead and support the team during shifts, providing guidance and addressing issues
  • Ensure that all health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements are met

Estimate Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.

Requirements:
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • TAB Compliance
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
