Job Overview:

The Equipment Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, expert advice, and support for their projects. As the key liaison between branches, customers, and equipment, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer experiences, providing product demonstrations, and maintaining high standards of equipment quality.

About You:

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for machinery and equipment. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you build a successful career. A current driver's license and availability to work weekends on a rotating roster are essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment.
  • Perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, including loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Maintain high standards of equipment quality through regular servicing and minor repairs.
  • Clean branch facilities and perform equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections.
