About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving cross-functional collaboration between marketing, merchandise, e-commerce, retail operations, and external partners and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, leveraging knowledge of current market trends to ensure innovative approaches.
  • Brief internal design teams on marketing elements, including email marketing, social media, visual merchandising, collateral, and web content.
  • Facilitate review and approval of marketing materials for key project areas.
  • Provide regular reporting on marketing activity for key project areas.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, merchandise, and retail operations.
  • Work with external partners and agencies to brief and execute activity in line with strategic direction.
  • Support the planning and execution of PETstock Foundation campaigns.
  • Support the PETstock Vet and Grooming network with logistics and uniform ordering.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including attendance as required.
  • Evaluate marketing activity through post-campaign reviews to ensure learnings are incorporated into future work.
About You
  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Working knowledge of retail marketing principles.
  • Experience working across traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to work cross-departmentally and with external agencies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
