About the Role

Sig Susquehanna is seeking a highly skilled Equity Analyst to join our Research team. As an Equity Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities in the equity or options market, providing real-time opinions on breaking news, and collaborating with senior analysts and traders to develop trade ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial markets and identify potential investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of macroeconomic environment and political events
  • Collaborate with derivative traders to develop investment ideas and provide market insights
  • Evaluate special situations such as mergers and acquisitions and other corporate actions
  • Perform stock valuation analysis and provide recommendations to traders
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong written, analytical, and financial research skills
  • Demonstrable interest in and knowledge of macroeconomic environment and political events
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with a trading environment and derivative products preferred
