Data Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a Data Lead, you will play a key role in managing data strategy, migration, analysis, and governance to drive project success and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data strategy aligned with project goals.
  • Partner with the Data Governance team to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Oversee data migration processes, aligning with project timelines, data governance and privacy policies.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, driving informed decisions throughout the project.
  • Work closely with project managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to meet data requirements at all project stages.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain security for sensitive information through regular audits and assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and management, with proven skills in data governance.
  • Strong SQL command, data modeling, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise or transformation projects.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $160,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
