About the Role
Our esteemed clients, recognized for their commitment to delivering remarkable projects across the state, are in search of seasoned Site Managers to support their growth initiatives. In this role, you will be tasked with the effective oversight of selected construction endeavors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing teams and subcontractors, and maintaining the highest standards of construction quality.
Who We Are Looking For
This position is perfect for experienced Site Managers who have a comprehensive background in overseeing projects from inception to final handover. You should have a solid history of managing multi-million dollar projects and the capability to handle multiple sites concurrently.
Key Qualifications
- Certificate III in Carpentry or Carpentry & Joinery
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in commercial construction projects
- Ability to analyze, assess, and interpret various documents, including plans and contracts
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in computer skills, including specialized software and Microsoft Office
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction is preferred or a willingness to obtain it
