Clinical Nurse

The ARF/RhD Clinical Nurse will play a crucial role in supporting Central Australian Aboriginal Congress to increase our workforce capacity to implement ARF and RHD strategies that are culturally responsive, evidence-based and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities- Embed standardised processes for ARF/RHD management, including staff training, prevention activities, clinical care and care coordination of people living with RhD.
- Support the development and implementation of ARF/RHD management plans that are tailored to the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with the RhD Program Coordinator and other stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of ARF/RHD services.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the health and well-being of our clients.
- Registered Nurse with current registration and a strong background in clinical nursing.
- Experience in ARF/RHD management and care coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
