Clinical Specialist Child and Family Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child and Family Health Nurse to join our team in the Northern Territory Government Department of Health.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist clinical care to children under 5 years and their families in remote communities. This will involve conducting growth and development assessments, vaccinations, parenting support, and advice in age-specific child health checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist clinical care to children under 5 years and their families
- Conduct growth and development assessments, vaccinations, and child health checks
- Offer parenting support and advice
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Demonstrated highly-developed clinical knowledge and skills in Child and Family Nursing
- Manual driver's license
