Technical Collaboration Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in the delivery of managed services and technical support for Collaboration technologies.
">- This involves working with customers, internal stakeholders and vendors to provide technical support and assist with incident and change management.
- Responsibilities include facilitating the delivery of brilliant service to multiple enterprise customers across key technologies including Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and CUCM.
- As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for mentoring and assisting other team members to fill any knowledge gaps and provide guidance for complex problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach are essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also highly valued.
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment is crucial.
You should have experience with Microsoft Teams, Cisco and Audio Codes collaboration platforms, although certifications from major vendors or systems are not required.
