Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a customer-facing technical team, collaborating with developer/technical personas. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering effortless technical integration experiences and providing market-leading technical support to Enterprise customers.

You will work closely with Account Executives, Product Specialists, and Customer Success Managers to understand individual use cases and integration requirements. You will advise customers on the best solutions to achieve success quickly and identify opportunities to iterate on what we provide.

Additionally, you will develop reusable toolkits, APIs, SDKs, and enablement resources to enhance the developer experience and facilitate faster integration. You will create and maintain comprehensive customer-facing API documentation and other technical resources such as Reference Architectures to support developers effectively.

Lastly, you will continuously gather feedback from developers to improve tools, documentation, and overall integration processes. Your primary focus will be on creating a seamless experience for our customers by working collaboratively with various teams across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Strong technical skills with experience in software development, system integration, and creating customer-facing developer resources
  • Experience of Full Stack Web development and the fundamentals of Cloud Architecture is highly desirable
  • Demonstrable Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, Python or equivalent frameworks/languages
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Articulate, charismatic, and confident in a customer-facing role, with the ability to present technical information clearly to individuals with varying degrees of knowledge
  • Highly detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment while delivering to deadlines
  • Organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
