About the RoleThis Senior Engineering Lead will spearhead the development of technical expertise within our organization.
You'll foster a collaborative environment, coaching and mentoring engineers and graduates to create a versatile 'T-shaped' engineering workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging technical knowledge to drive Communities of Practice.
- Coaching and mentoring to develop high-performing teams.
- Providing strategic leadership on critical projects and investigations into asset and network failures.
- Aligning engineering activities with corporate objectives and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
- E nsuring technical compliance and influencing engineering standards, specifications, and spares policies.
- S uporting training, development, and progression frameworks.
- C ontributing to condition and risk assessments, technical standards, and asset management strategies.
