Job Opportunity in General Medicine

We are seeking an experienced medical professional to join our team as a Registrar in a general internal medicine service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the care of patients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with consultants and teams on daily rounds, attend meetings and discussions required for patient care.
  • Liaise closely with senior colleagues in matters of diagnosis, progress, results, and management.

Requirements:

  • Hold a MBBS or equivalent qualification and be currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Have at least 3 years postgraduate experience, including experience in general medicine or hospital medicine within the Australian Healthcare system or equivalent.
  • Be able to make sound clinical decisions in accordance with your level of experience and awareness of limitations.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
