We are seeking an Airport Operations Assistant to join our team at Perth Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless travel experience for all visitors.

This is a diverse role that involves providing guidance, information, and assistance to visitors, as well as conducting patrols and routine inspections of airport roadways, forecourts, and facilities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to visitor enquiries
  2. Delivering guidance and information to ensure the safety and security of all visitors
  3. Conducting patrols and routine inspections to identify any defects, hazards, or suspicious activity

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven history and passion for working within a customer-facing environment
  2. Great communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. A full Driver's Licence and WACE certificate (or equivalent)
  5. Experience in Basic Worksite Traffic Management and Traffic Control (pre-requisite Construction White Card) or the willingness to obtain these qualifications
