Right now, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Perth Airport DFO store

About The Role

29 Hours per week. Sunday: 9:45am- 6:15pm | Monday: 11:15am - 6:15pm | Tuesday: 11am-3:30pm | Wednesday: 11.30am - 3:30pm | Thursday: 11:45am - 6:15pm

Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager, where you'll thrive by:

• Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
• Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
• Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
• Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
