We listened to our customers and heard that they wanted more from a network, so we gave them more.

Our team of skilled fibre engineers built the network, and we own it, which gives us easier access.

We manage our network from our Melbourne offices, where over 20,000 km of fibre optic cable is operational throughout Australia.

**Job Summary:**

This role supports new and existing channel partner relationships at an operational, training and compliance level.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end the training and development program across the channel partner space.

Solid stakeholder management skills are required to ensure effective partnerships.

• Support new and existing channel partner relationships (including kiosks) at an operational, training and compliance level to ensure they carry the right cadences, performance metrics, compliance, and regulatory requirements alongside a positive customer experience.
• Own and drive end-to-end the training and development program across the channel partner space including content creation and delivery across all partners
• Work with internal teams to support effective internal processes and approvals as needed.
• Build relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders to ensure their voice is represented.
• Report sales progression and results weekly/monthly and present at meetings as required
• Understand and adhere to legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements across the channel partner space.
• Continuously improve the business by identifying joint opportunities with the Sales team
• Other responsibilities as required

**Requirements:**

• Minimum 2+ years professional experience supporting channel partners from a training and development perspective
• Channel management or sales support experience
• Knowledge of telecommunications would be advantageous
• Ability to create content from scratch and train out to various audiences
• Stakeholder management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Commercial acumen
• Prioritization skills across multiple opportunities
