Cafe Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cafe/restaurant manager to lead our daily operations.

  • Ensure smooth store operation.
  • Discuss and plan menus with the chef/cook.
  • Implement and improve working systems.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, resolve customer complaints.
  • Recruit and train team members.
  • Prepare weekly work schedules for staff and find suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
  • Monitor deliveries, inventory, and orders.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety.
  • Present and serve food according to company standards.
  • Attend mandatory courses and meetings as required.
  • Communicate daily and generate weekly reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Lead by example.
  • Manage time effectively.
  • Have exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Mastery of multitasking under pressure.
  • Ability to make decisions and find solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of healthy food preparation.
  • At least three years of experience in hospitality and minimum two years in a similar role.
  • Previous experience with seasonal menus.
