Lead Group Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to deliver group therapy and skills training in a supportive environment.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position involves working 22.5 hours per week, with flexibility to negotiate shift times.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivation Enhancement Therapy, and Psychoeducation to adults with addictions.
  • Facilitate interactive skills groups for patients in a group setting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year post-graduate experience in Mental Health and Group Facilitation.
  • Registration/qualifications within your relevant field or industry body, such as AHPRA.
  • Proven experience in addictions group facilitation.
