Role Overview

The Content and Community Manager is a pivotal position in supporting overall retention, growth, and customer advocacy objectives. This role focuses on Iress's B2B financial advice community of over 10,000 members.

  • Content creation involves producing a wide range of materials including articles, whitepapers, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media marketing collateral.
  • Administration tasks include content management, image management, gamification assets, role management, user/moderator notifications, and site maintenance.
  • Effective content calendars and timelines are crucial for community engagement activities and content distribution.
  • Briefing and coordinating content development across the community, as well as marketing activities such as email newsletters, social media, videos, blogs, and online advertising.
  • Coordinating promotional activities, events, and interviews for the community.
  • Managing relationships with top community members, influencers, and experts.
  • Supporting internal stakeholders and moderators.
  • Implementing support for setting up social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring analytics to share insights on community engagement and marketing efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience writing for a B2B financial services audience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in email campaign and website management.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management.
  • Social media copywriting and management skills.
