Strategic Community Manager

We reach seven and a half million women each month across various platforms, including written, video, and social content. Our podcast network has 55 different shows, making us the largest in the world.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in digital media management, with a strong understanding of social media strategies and platform-specific best practices.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, guiding content execution, and driving audience engagement through data-driven insights.
A successful candidate will be able to think strategically, lead and manage a team, and prioritize the needs of our audience and commercial partners.
Additionally, they should be adaptable, creative problem solvers who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
