Job Title: Records Archivist

This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Records Disposal Specialist. The role involves leading the development and implementation of a Records Management Program for legal and administrative records.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting appraisals of records, preparing recommendation reports, and transferring significant records to external archives for preservation. They will also provide expert advice on record classification, retention authorities, and access directions, and assist in complex inquiries, projects, and staff training under the guidance of the Records Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate IV in Business or a minimum of 3 years' experience in reviewing and managing archived records. You must also obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Security clearance, possess the ability to safely and efficiently handle boxes weighing between 5 kg and 10 kg, and have physical fitness to perform these duties.

Key Responsibilities
