Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Design Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working on infrastructure project designs that add value to our community and region.

  • The successful candidate will deliver infrastructure design projects including roads, stormwater, drainage, car parks, street lighting, footpaths, cycleways, and public open spaces.
About the Role:

Key responsibilities include detailed design, reviews, documentation, quantity and cost estimation, and traffic management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with relevant experience.
  • Innovative and sustainable design knowledge across local government projects, especially roads, stormwater, footpaths, cycleways, street lighting, and community projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferably Civil 3D) and related software.
  • Current Class C driver's license.
  • Knowledge of development planning and environmental issues.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Teamwork and leadership abilities.
  • Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
