Job Summary
- Maintain and update master data in SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Manage the effective functioning of SAP to support maintenance planning and work order dissemination.
- Plan, prioritise, and allocate routine and non-routine maintenance tasks across critical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proficient in SAP PM and CMMS software.
- Strong background in maintenance planning, ideally in industrial or scientific environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team of experienced planners.
- Holds or is eligible for Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizen preferred; PR considered).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities.
