We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Material Coordinator.

Job Description:

  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external customers and clients.
  • Respond promptly to sales and agencies enquiries or requests regarding advertising material for campaign bookings.
  • Liaise with Sales and creative agencies regarding dispatch, approvals, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure all creatives are delivered within the timeframe required to meet published deadlines.
  • Identify any creatives where due to invalid dates, incorrect duration, or any other reason, the creative could not air as per instructions and advise Sales and/or client or their agent in a timely manner to provide maximum opportunity for a solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage advertising materials for campaign bookings efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with Sales and creative agencies.
  • Meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of creatives.
  • Solve issues and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • A solid team player who shows commitment to the team's objectives.
  • A high degree of accuracy and adherence to schedules and deadlines.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • A motivated professional team member who can respond to challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of industry codes and practices is an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience within a media environment is beneficial but not necessary.
  • A diploma or degree related to media is desirable but not required.
