This position entails managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new employees.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in generalist recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments, and exhibit strong organizational skills with a proactive approach.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Creating engaging job advertisements to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Screening applications and shortlisting applicants based on their qualifications.
  • Ensuring a seamless transition for new employees through thorough onboarding and compliance checks.

A successful team player who can start immediately and possess excellent communication skills is required. Experience with HR software is advantageous but not necessary.
