Team Lead Role

We are seeking a Team Lead to oversee and train a team of Costume Distributors at our theme park.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train a team of Costume Distributors to manage costumes for seasonal events.
  • Maintain effective communication via written or verbal methods, including team meetings and updates.
  • Train and undertake event shifts within the distribution department.
  • Conduct costume checks and repairs as required.
  • Organize costumes into storage systems and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Operate laundry equipment and adhere to all policies and procedures.
