Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and develop our face-to-face charity fundraising campaign across Queensland.

As a senior fundraiser, you will have the opportunity to progress your career, receive training and mentoring from experienced professionals, and gain autonomy in growing your campaign.

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 3 years of fundraising experience, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of donor retention.

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop new fundraisers to achieve their full potential.
  • Support the career progression of established teams by providing guidance and resources.
  • Lead and manage a team of fundraisers to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to drive campaign growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years fundraising experience.
  • Demonstrated history working as a face-to-face fundraising manager or senior team leader/coach.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership and management abilities.
  • Proven track record of high-quality donor retention.
