Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven professional to coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of our quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate QMS implementation, maintenance, and improvement projects
  • Support quality management across all aspects of the project
  • Manage controlled documents, including procedures, work instructions, and forms
  • Conduct internal audits to verify compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain registers of non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Quality Management, Business Systems, or a related discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience in a quality systems role within construction, infrastructure, or a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management principles
  • Experience managing controlled documents and supporting audit processes
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
