Our company specialises in high quality electrical industrial equipment. Products can be found throughout Australian and international mining, construction, and industrial sectors.

We require an experienced administration professional with strong attention to detail and passion for quality systems. This fast-paced role values organisational skills and initiative.

This role provides day-to-day administrative and QA support to internal departments, maintains and reviews controlled documents, assists with audits, manages CARs, NCRs, ITP documentation and coordinates training records.

Key responsibilities include reconciling management credit cards, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes, assisting with events, document preparation, filing, scanning and correspondence.

Strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, high attention to detail and initiative are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems is also required.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
