Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
">The Customer Banking Specialist Relief plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our bank.
">This involves having in-depth conversations with every customer about their overall banking needs, including home loans, business banking & financial advice.
">You will support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.
">Additionally, you will complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes.
">Providing options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options is also a key aspect of this role.
">You will be expected to problem solve & provide effective solutions whilst championing our processes, procedures & drive our risk-adverse culture.

- Financial Health Checks: You will conduct regular financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement.">

- Problem Solving: You will be expected to problem solve and provide effective solutions to customer issues.">
