Job Title: Lounge Host

As a host in our esteemed lounge, you will be part of a dedicated service-oriented team, working alongside reputable brands to deliver exceptional services to travelers.

Our mission is to provide seamless five-star catering, cleaning, and concierge services aligned to our partner brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with engagement and warmth
  • Assist in front desk daily operations
  • Conduct guest and carrier enquiries via phone, email, or in person and make reservations and recommendations
  • Serve guest arrivals and departures
  • Achieve guest satisfaction targets and exhibit excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in similar positions within a hosting or front office environment
  • Be self-motivated and have a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Efficiently learn and understand aviation flight schedules, codes, and software platforms, with excellent computer skills
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with all lounge team members and associated aviation companies
  • Demonstrate impeccable time management skills
  • Have a friendly, outgoing personality and maintain a high standard of personal presentation
  • Be able to act without prior authority in all matters concerning the safety, security, and well-being of all guests, patrons, and staff in the absence of management
