Overview

Stranger Soccer is the #1 way that people play Futsal and football in Sydney with over 10,000 registered users playing 40+ games a week. We're launching here in Melbourne and we're looking for our first host to help us continue to provide a convenient, fun and memorable Futsal experience for our players.

Job Description

Official Hosts serve as the game facilitator as well as brand ambassadors. We are seeking a Senior Official Host to host games throughout the week and occasionally assist in other ad hoc duties. For this role, you should have great people skills, to ensure our users have a positive game experience from arrival till departure.

Working Hours

Shifts will be assigned each week during the following timeframes (subject to change based on number of games):

  • Monday to Friday: 8 am – 1 pm
  • Monday to Friday: 4 – 9 pm
  • Monday to Friday: 6 – 11 pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Be an ambassador of the Stranger Soccer brand at the games
  • Facilitate numerous football games around Melbourne
  • Ensure an OUTSTANDING game experience from start to finish
  • Be ready to step in and play, to cover for any no show players or Hosts
  • Report issues back to Host Manager
Requirements
  • FUN outgoing personality
  • Understanding of and passion for football
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
