Operational Manager

The Story Bridge Hotel seeks an experienced Operational Manager to join its dynamic team.

This is a daily operations role that requires exceptional customer service and efficient staff management. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating work, supervising employees, maintaining safety and stock procedures, and enforcing hotel policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise frontline staff
  • Oversee patron management and implement RSA and RCG practices
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Lead by example and foster a positive team environment
  • Mentor and develop potential leaders within the team
  • Create, implement, and monitor operational systems and procedures
  • Possess strong communication skills and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Current RSA, RCG, and TAB qualifications
  • A can-do attitude and passion for service and food and beverage
  • Solid knowledge of the hospitality industry and current trends
Work Environment:
