We are seeking a highly skilled Change Lead – Program Office to join our team at Powerlink. As a key member of our Major Projects Office, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation through the design, development, implementation, and embedment of strategic and operational change management frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic and operational change management strategies, including identification of need, mentoring project sponsors and champions of change, stakeholder assessment, communication strategies, training needs analysis, and evaluation of change outcomes.
- Liaise, negotiate, and consult with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management and Executive team, to establish and foster relationships and influence others in a matrix organisation structure.
- Collaborate closely with managers, senior managers, and executives to take input and direction and make recommendations on the full lifecycle of change management, from inception to maturity.
- Support leaders by providing a structured change management strategy for implementation and deliver change and business readiness documents, including strategies, plans, schedules, and briefing packs.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure effective change management can be embedded into the business culture.

- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field such as business, education, human resources, or project management, or a lesser qualification if coupled with significant experience.

- Experience developing and implementing strategic and operational change management strategies, including identification of need, mentoring project sponsors and champions of change, stakeholder assessment, communication strategies, training needs analysis, and evaluation of change outcomes.
- The ability to liaise, negotiate, and consult with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management and Executive team.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and foster relationships with stakeholders, including influencing others in a matrix organisation structure.
