Project Assurance and Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Assurance and Risk Specialist to join our Major Projects Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of risks and assurance across our major projects portfolio.
As a Project Assurance and Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and conducting assurance and risk activities, ensuring effective risk management, and providing specialist project assurance and risk advice throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project assurance and risk management frameworks
- Conduct risk awareness workshops and oversee relationships with key assurance and risk partners
- Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting and process analysis
- Establish and support assurance and risk information repositories
- Provide process analysis and optimization expertise to improve business productivity
- Degree level qualification in business, project management, finance, or an allied discipline
- Expert knowledge of assurance and risk in large-scale, complex infrastructure project environments
- Proven experience with complex infrastructure projects, risk, governance, and assurance practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with proprietary software systems
