We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Liaison Specialist to join our team at PeoplePartners Inc. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and play a critical part in ensuring seamless communication.

This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity with a competitive salary package. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Responsibilities
  • Phone Inquiries Management: Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, providing information and directing calls to relevant departments or personnel.
  • New Referrals: Make outbound calls to new referrals, utilizing a standard script to provide relevant information and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: Manage incoming calls and emails related to cancellations or rescheduling requests, aiming to retain appointments whenever possible by offering alternative times and solutions.
  • Lead Tracking: Accurately track incoming leads and enter them into the Leads Sheet, monitoring follow-up actions to ensure all leads are addressed promptly.
  • Message Response: Address and respond to voice and SMS messages in a timely manner, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Cl iniq App Messages: Respond to messages received via the Cliniq app, including email, SMS, or phone call, addressing all messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communication Relay: Serve as a communication link between clients and clinicians, relaying relevant information through Slack, Voxer, email, or other communication tools as required.
  • General Reception Duties: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, greeting visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and a positive attitude, managing office supplies, and performing other administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements and Benefits

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent English and pronunciation skills
  • A strong understanding of Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Hydrotherapy benefits
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills, particularly when interacting with young people and their families
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse individuals from various backgrounds and experiences
  • Advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications
  • An understanding of NDIS, Medicare, DVA, Private Health, WorkCover / Return to Work SA, Pre Employment Assessments, Drug and Alcohol Assessments
