Dietary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Specialist to join our team at Lifecare Homecare. As a community Dietitian, you will work with clients to provide nutrition assessment and planning of dietary needs, including food service management and intervention programs to enhance health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality Dietetic services tailored to individual client needs, using a person-centred approach.
- Conduct assessments and provide interventions to patients and clients in their own homes.
- Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals, GPs, and other Healthcare Professionals to provide effective patient care.
- Write reports that meet the standards of funding bodies, such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare, and HCP Providers.
- Reflect our practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity, and Service Excellence in all aspects of the role.
- Maintain effective relationships with Case Managers, GPs, community centres, and other referrers.

- Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent that meets the requirements for full or part-time membership of Dietitians Australia.
