Dedicated Caregiver

Provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes or residential facilities.
- Develop a positive relationship with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with household tasks.
- Monitor client's health and well-being, and report any concerns to supervisors.
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care, or Disability Services.
- At least one year's relevant experience in community aged and/or disability care.
- Professionalism, respect for staff, clients, and their families.
- Good judgment, quick decision-making, and excellent communication skills.
- Current National Police Clearance, First Aid, and CPR qualifications.
- Local knowledge and a strong network in the area.
- Understanding of Government funding environments for aged care and NDIS.
