Senior Project Manager Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of large-scale commercial fit-out projects in Sydney's CBD. Your role will involve collaborating closely with subcontractors to drive project timelines and foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project delivery from inception to completion
  • Maintain regular project reporting on time, cost, and quality metrics
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with subcontractors to drive project progress
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with all external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the handover and defects phase
  • Evaluate and manage WH&S requirements for each project in accordance with relevant legislation and company standards
About You
  • Proven track record of delivering complex commercial fit-out projects exceeding $10m as a senior manager
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence, build consensus, and thrive within a dynamic team environment
  • Able to effectively communicate with customers during sales and settlement processes
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
