We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented logistics professional to join our team. As a Freight & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and freight management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload and load incoming and outgoing freight, including engines and parts.
  • Process and document all shipments, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Pack and unpack engines and distribute freight to relevant departments, maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency.
  • Create work packs and open jobs in Aerotrack, facilitating seamless workflow.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of freight and engine cores, ensuring timely access to critical information.
  • Support quality assurance and assist with internal and external audits, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and maintain equipment, guaranteeing optimal performance and safety.
  • Foster a safe, organized, and efficient working environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in logistics, freight handling, or warehousing is essential.
  • You must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, enabling you to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to safely lift and handle heavy items is crucial, as well as familiarity with Aerotrack or similar systems (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are vital for success in this role.
