Strategic Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Wholesale Markets and Business Development teams.

This role will drive change across electricity, gas, renewable energy certificates trading, and PPA offtake.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Wholesale Markets gross margin and optimize risk-adjusted return.
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic and financial goals.
  • Mentor and develop staff through performance reviews and training plans.
  • Design and implement trading strategies to maximize profit.
  • Ensure adherence to the Energy Commodity Risk Management Policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in financial and energy trading markets.
  • Proven track record of successful trading strategy formulation and implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and initiative-taking skills, with a focus on process improvement and transformation.
