Job Title: Contracts Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide support in relation to project procurement, approval documentation, contracts, and contractual notifications across the Contracts team.
  • Provide support in relation to contract administration, records management, invoice payments, and systems management.
  • Assist the Contracts Administrator to effectively monitor contracts in line with guidelines.
  • Liaise, coordinate, and process information requests for all contract related matters to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of requirements.
  • Resolve issues and problems encountered including requests.
  • Coordinate contracted Service Quality Assurance audits.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated contract administration background with experience administering multiple contracts concurrently.
  • Advanced excel skills required.
  • Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Suite.
  • Previous experience with SAP or Ariba beneficial.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the NSW Government Procurement Policy and procurement framework.
