Physiotherapist and Business Development Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in a new dual role, combining traditional physiotherapy methods with business development. This position will involve driving growth through partnerships with medical professionals and servicing referrals to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to educate clients on the benefits of strength training.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced clinician to develop their commercial acumen and facilitate leadership growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with medical partners and referrals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase referrals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Educate clients on long-term strength training benefits and use traditional physiotherapy methods for positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • AHPRA recognised Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Active & current Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
