About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help us build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and qualifying new installers to expand our client base
  • Collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to onboard new installers and integrate our solutions into their sales and business operations
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of our solutions and business value propositions to effectively communicate with our channel partners
  • Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers within customer accounts
  • Proactively supporting and enabling a portfolio of qualified installers
  • Collecting actionable customer and market intelligence
  • Introducing new products to channel partners and providing basic training
  • Developing and managing channel partners pipelines
  • Positively representing Enphase in the marketplace
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer success or a similar role (min 3 years' experience)
  • Strong understanding of Solar and home battery solutions and business value propositions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset
  • Proficiency in SFDC and sales processes
  • Ability to collect, relay, and analyze market intelligence
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events
