About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help us build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying new installers to expand our client base
- Collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to onboard new installers and integrate our solutions into their sales and business operations
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of our solutions and business value propositions to effectively communicate with our channel partners
- Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers within customer accounts
- Proactively supporting and enabling a portfolio of qualified installers
- Collecting actionable customer and market intelligence
- Introducing new products to channel partners and providing basic training
- Developing and managing channel partners pipelines
- Positively representing Enphase in the marketplace
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer success or a similar role (min 3 years' experience)
- Strong understanding of Solar and home battery solutions and business value propositions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a growth mindset
- Proficiency in SFDC and sales processes
- Ability to collect, relay, and analyze market intelligence
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Ability to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events
