About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Reporting Specialist to join our Project Controls team on a full-time and permanent basis. This role will work collaboratively with the Project Delivery team to ensure the efficient use and management of our internal reporting system. The successful candidate will have a strong background in preparing, delivering, and interpreting reports, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the internal system to support the reporting of construction and quality activities.
  • Set up forms to collect data for project reporting and be the primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing project progress information.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Engineers, and Subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
  • Generate daily reports for monitoring project progress, including daily productivity reports, overall progress reports, logistics statistics reports, and other reports as requested by site personnel.
  • Analyse and estimate project status, providing constructive insights and recommendations to the Project Delivery team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for system-related queries, addressing the needs of the Project Delivery and Quality teams, as well as system users, and providing status updates.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or IT is preferred.
  • Project Management qualification is desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of VBA desirable.
  • Knowledge and proven implementation of Quality tools applications, such as Pronto-form, Procore, Field-view, or similar.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Well-established analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on completion.
