**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Partner to join our Strategy team. As a Change Partner, you will work closely with the business to deliver strategic, high impact projects by providing change management advice and delivering associated project materials.

You will be responsible for liaising with internal functional leadership teams, project teams, and external partners and consultants as required. You will play a critical role in delivering change insights and advice to project teams, as well as providing change thought leadership and best practice thinking across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met.
- Use structured change practices and methodologies to scope, plan and deliver practical change insights and advice to project teams or initiative leads.
- Conduct studies from a system, process, and people perspective, and document findings to complete analysis on implementing changes to business processes, products, or business unit structure.
- Provide change thought leadership and best practice thinking across the business, partnering with teams and colleagues as needed.
- In conjunction with the internal comms team and project leads, develop and/or deliver a plan for significant aspects of internal communications.
- In conjunction with the L&D team and project leads, develop and/or deliver a plan for significant aspects of learning or capability building.
- Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these.

**As a successful applicant, you will possess the following**:
**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Change qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years proven change management delivery within fast-paced medium-large organizations.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to drive accountability through influencing.
- Understanding of project management.
- Sound understanding of change management methodology.
- Broad understanding of internal communications and learning & development.

**Technology and Tools**:

- Microsoft Office Suite, Visio.
- Agile tools (Confluence, JIRA) as required.
- Technology suite relevant to the Initiative, and as required.
- Mural.
